Individual therapy for adults and teens
Individual therapy is a one-on-one psychotherapy process between the therapist and the individual. This kind of therapy is suitable for you if you would like to work collaboratively with me to build a safe and secure relationship that can allow us to explore your internal experiences and challenges. In this process, we can forge an individualised intervention to resolve the individual’s experiences and difficulties. This can be suitable for both adults and teens. I work with teenagers from fifteen and above and adults who are young, middle-aged, and older.
Couples / relationship therapy
All relationships go through challenges over time. Others experience major difficulties such as loss, infidelity, stagnation, and diminished sexual interest. Therapy can help the couple work out a way forward and resolve relational challenges. Couples therapy aims to develop new ways of interacting that can allow the couple to re-establish trust and form a secure born. For the therapy to be meaningful, both partners must be motivated to do the work. I have a special interest in working with young couples navigating the early or transitional stages of their relationships.
